About Pen＆Co.
Pen＆Co., Ltd. is a Tokyo-based communication agency founded by two former journalists from The Asahi Shimbun. With 20+ years of reporting in 30+ countries, we specialise in content creation, strategic PR, and localisation. Chikako Tada — CEO / Co-founder
Liaison for official participants of Theme Weeks at the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai.
Writer and editor with 20+ years of experience; former Asahi Shimbun journalist and author of eight books.
Professional experience in India, with expertise in cross-cultural communication and editorial storytelling.
Spent two years in Paris and earned a Diplôme in pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu.

Akio Harada — COO / Co-founder
Editor-in-Chief of Pen＆Sports.
Director at the Japan Hockey League (JHL).
Sports journalist with 20+ years of experience; former Olympic reporter at the Asahi Shimbun.Coordination experience at the Tokyo 2020 Games.
Previously worked in marketing at Dentsu, including assignments with Coca-Cola Japan.
